When enforcing “immigration law, you have to be able to look…in the mirror,” “do it in a humane way” –Jeh Johnson https://t.co/wTSQD1HX4r

Jeh Johnson was the head of the Department of Homeland Security under Obama. It was his job to enforce our nation’s immigration laws and if you remember, he did a shitty job. Proving that fact, he was on CNN bitching that Donald Trump’s rhetoric is scaring away all of the illegal aliens. This would seem like a good thing, but liberals are fully invested in flooding our country with illegal immigrants, plus they oppose everything President Trump says or does.
Johnson was on CNN with dipshit Chris Cuomo trying to find some non-Russian thing to criticize Trump about. Of course they went to immigration because it’s horrifying to the left that the US defines its own borders and maintains its sovereignty.
“I believe that we have to enforce our immigration laws consistent with our values and consistent with humanity,” said Johnson.
Well there’s yer problem; liberals don’t have any values. No wonder Obama did such a terrible job on immigration.
Johnson then says that he deported “desperate women and children” because it was the law and that it caused him sleeplessness. He then claims that he spent hours with these desperate women and children and that he was able to look himself in the eye because he was enforcing the law. With that in mind, here’s how he thinks he is attacking Trump:
“Illegal migration on our southern border has gone down since this President has been in office, basically because, through his rhetoric, he scared off a lot of women and children in Central America who’d rather stay in their desperate circumstances, or just migrate to Mexico and stop there,” Johnson said.
OMG, Trump is such a monster that he is scaring off illegal alien women and children. But wait a second, didn’t Johnson just say that he deported women and children? Why is it bad if Trump’s rhetoric keeps them from sneaking in, but it’s fine that Johnson rounded them up, incarcerated them, and then sent them packing? It seems like a better and cheaper solution the way Trump is doing it.
Johnson frames this bullshit with the argument that the Obama administration’s priority was to deport violent felons while implying that Trump is kicking out women with “babies in their arms.” I refer to his prior statement where he clearly says he deported women and children. I’d also like to mention that under Trump, the priority is to arrest and deport illegal alien criminals. The only difference is, Trump is actually doing it.
Let’s call this what it is: a huge win for Donald Trump. Without building a wall or adding any border enforcement, he has succeed into drastically cutting down on illegal immigration. Jeh Johnson’s complaint about this is nothing more than an admission that both he and Obama failed miserably. What’s next from the left? Are they going to bitch that Trump is creating too many jobs or gas prices are too low?
