President Trump effectively undid Barack Obama’s legacy in a little over a year, but at least Obama still has a place in history, sad as it may be. Hillary Clinton on the other hand was just erased from the history books altogether. The Texas State Board of Education voted to remove Hillary from the public school curriculum, mostly because she never did anything of note. Elections really do have consequences and in losing to Trump, Hillary literally made herself irrelevant.
The Dallas Morning News reports:
History curriculum in Texas remembers the Alamo but could soon forget Hillary Clinton and Helen Keller.
As part of an effort to “streamline” the social studies curriculum in public schools, the State Board of Education voted Friday to adjust what students in every grade are required to learn in the classroom. Among the changes, board members approved the removal of several historical figures, including Clinton and Keller, from the curriculum.
This story escalates in hilarity several times. Here is the first time:
So why didn’t Clinton, Keller and several dozen other historical figures make the cut?
The Dallas Morning News spoke with two teachers from the group of board-nominated volunteers that made the recommendations. Both said the state required students to learn about so many historical figures that it resulted in rote memorization of dates and names instead of real learning.
Learning about Hillary Clinton isn’t really learning? Funny but true.
Here’s the second:
The 15-member work group came up with a rubric for grading every historical figure to rank who is “essential” to learn and who isn’t. The formula asked questions like, “Did the person trigger a watershed change”; “Was the person from an underrepresented group”; and “Will their impact stand the test of time?”
Out of 20 points, Keller scored a 7 and Clinton scored a 5.
5 out of 20? I think that’s pretty generous for Hillary considering she has never achieved one thing in her entire life, plus she’s a rotten scumbag, so there’s that.
Here’s the final piece of hilarity:
Eliminating Clinton from the requirements will save teachers 30 minutes of instructional time, the work group estimated, and eliminating Keller will save 40 minutes.
Hillary Clinton is so unimportant that she’s not even worth a half hour out of an entire school year? Actually, it’s 30 minutes out of 4 years of high school. That has got to hurt. I’m mean, she’s married to a guy who would rather sleep with anyone (consensually or otherwise) than her but this takes rejection to a whole new level.
And now for a bit of weirdness. The NY Post also ran this story and included this picture of Helen Keller:
Is it just me or do Hillary Clinton and Helen Keller look eerily similar? I guess I’ve never really seen a picture of Helen Keller before, but this is creepy. I thought for a second that the NY Post superimposed Hillary’s face on Keller’s body.
Hillary Clinton could have made history as the first female US President, but she didn’t know where Michigan is, so now she’s being erased from history. Kind of like those 30,000 e-mails on her private server and her mobile devices, Hillary Clinton has been wiped clean (like with a cloth) and hammer-smashed into obscurity.
