Poor Jim Acosta. He gets scolded for acting like a toddler with ADD. He gets told he works for a fake news network when the network he works for reports fake news. Sometimes the President and the White House Press Secretary won’t answer his obnoxious questions. When he shows up to a Trump rally, people tell him that he and CNN suck. All of this is damaging Acosta’s fragile ego and he’s had enough. No, he’s not going to start conducting himself with professionalism or encourage his network to report the truth. Instead he wants every other reporter to join his revolt against the White House.
Following a a Trump rally earlier this week in which people chanted “CNN sucks” and told Acosta to “go home” the CNN stooge laid into White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders over President Trump’s comments on CNN being fake news and the enemy of the American people.
“I think it would be a good thing if you were to state right here at this briefing that the press, the people who are gathered in this room right now, doing their jobs every day, asking questions of officials like the ones you brought forward earlier are not the enemy of the people. I think we deserve that,” demanded Acosta at the Friday White House press briefing.
When Sanders wouldn’t cave to Acosta’s demands, he went even crazier:
“For the sake of this room, for the people in this room, this democracy, this country, all the people around the world are watching what you are saying and the White House for the United States of America, the president of the United States should not refer to us as enemy of the people?” Acosta said frothing at the mouth.
Sanders again would say what Acosta wanted to hear so he literally stormed off in a huff:
I walked out of the end of that briefing because I am totally saddened by what just happened. Sarah Sanders was repeatedly given a chance to say the press is not the enemy and she wouldn’t do it. Shameful.

Which leads to this ridiculous thing:
CNN’s @Acosta on contentious WH press conference: “Honestly Brooke, I’m tired of this …. It is not right, it is not fair, it is not just, it is un-American to come out here and call the press the enemy of the people”https://t.co/1oGZa7f57j pic.twitter.com/sqEkOE89SM

“I’m tied of this. It is not right. It is not fair. It is not just. It is unAmerican to come out here and call the press the enemy of the people,” said Acosta.
And here’s what he intends to do about it:
“All journalist should go out on Pennsylvania Avenue and chant ‘we’re not the enemy of the people,’” said Acosta.
He also wants journalist to print up bumper stickers with the same message.
An alternate plan, one that will actually show results, would be for Acosta to stop trying to make every damn story about him. Whatever journalism school this clown went to must be trying to scrub him from their records so no one ever knows he went there. What an embarrassment.
I can think of no worse way for the media to regain the trust of the American people than by leading a giant anti-Trump protest. All this silliness would prove is that the President is right when he says the media has a liberal agenda and is fake news. Go for it, Jim. It’s not like you’ve got any credibility to lose.
