An alternate headline could be: “Robert De Niro Just Guaranteed 6 More Years Of Trump.” At the Tony Awards on Sunday, the liberal entertainment industry showed the rest of America what it looks like inside their bubble. Actor Robert De Niro went on stage to say “f*ck Trump” and the crowd went wild cheering, eventually giving a standing ovation. Liberalism is certainly winning inside the theaters where celebrities hold events to pat themselves on the back, but in the rest of the country? Not so much.
Trump-hating De Niro came out on stage to introduce Trump-Hating Bruce Springsteen. Apparently the way lefty Trump-haters introduce each other is like this:
“I’m going to say this — fuck Trump! It’s no longer ‘Down with Trump,’ it’s Fuck Trump!” De Niro yelled.
When was it ever “down with Trump” for De Niro? It’s always been the F-bomb, plus threats of violence.
The crowd erupted in applause. As the camera scanned the faces of smiling liberals nodding in agreement they all began to rise out of their seats. De Niro stood on stage with his rams raised in victory, because this is the only thing the left can win at this point.
You may notice in the video that De Niro’s entire comment was bleeped out. That’s because the broadcast crew was so taken by surprise that they just had to cut out everything. Here’s a version from the Australian broadcast that was aired uncensored:

When the crowd finally settled down, De Niro got around to introducing Springsteen with even more lefty political commentary:
“Bruce, you can rock the house like nobody else. And even more important in these perilous times, you rock the vote, always fighting for, in your own words, ‘Truth, transparency, and integrity in government.’ Boy, do we need that now,” said De Niro.
I just love how these out-of-touch liberal celebrities think they speak for everyone. Maybe De Niro needs someone other than Trump running the country, but the majority of Americans who support the President are fine with him. What De Niro meant to say was, “I wanted Hillary and now I’m sad.” Boo hoo. I guess he’ll have to figure out a way to muddle on with his massive fame and fortune.
It’s actually pretty funny that he tried to slam Trump as lacking truth, transparency, and integrity. Does he remember the Obama presidency? Is he familiar with Hillary Clinton? You want to talk about some corrupt liars with lots of stuff to hide, those two are the Democratic Party’s ambassadors of deceit.
While De Niro thinks he scored a major victory against the President with his witty rejoinder, here’s what’s really going to happen: come the November midterms and the 2020 election Americans are going to vote a straight-party ticket of “F*ck De Niro,” “f*ck Hollywood,” “f*ck liberals,” and “f*ck democrats,” ensuring Republicans control the federal government at least until 2024. Can’t wait for De Niro’s standing O for that.
