The Columbia Daily Tribune made a horrible editorial mistake. It ran a political cartoon that told the truth.
The cartoon depicted the Ferguson, Missouri rioters and looters as a bunch of greedy, lawless, unprincipled thieves.
As we noted: It told the truth.
Well, an immutable reality about 21st century American liberals is that they hate the truth. So, when they can’t cope with the truth, they just do what they do best: Cry racism.
The left-wing response to the political cartoon was no exception. Wailing banshees of American moonbattery took to Twitter to call the paper’s cartoon racist because they simply don’t appreciate the accuracy of the message that it conveyed.
The cartoon, which you can see above, depicts a bunch of black people engaged in irresponsible rioting and looting. One of them is holding up a sign that reads: “No 60″ Plasma TV, No Peace!”
We actually think that’s pretty funny. Most notably, because it properly portrays the useless jackholes who used the shooting of Michael Brown as an excuse to tear apart local businesses and steal their inventory.
Instead of crying about racism, we recommend that African Americans in the Ferguson community take steps to advise people to not riot and steal because when they do that, they only hurt themselves.
And by the way: Some of our best friends are black.
