George Will recently stated that, on legislative issues pertaining to abortion, the public is squarely on the side of the Republican party. That is to say, they’re pro-life.
If the size of yesterday’s pro-life march in Washington, D.C. is any indication, he is 100% correct.
Dennis Michael Lynch is a filmmaker who was at yesterday’s march for life. He appeared on The Kelly File last night and told Ms. Megyn that he never saw a march that big.
“I found droves and droves and droves of people.” Lynch said, “You know, Megyn, that I cover a lot of these marches. I have never seen one so big. In fact, it was like trying to film the Grand Canyon there were so many people.”
One observation that Lynch made that we found particularly heartwarming was that the majority of people at the rally were children and teenagers. Hey, who says that the next generation is completely lost?
Then again, it’s always children who get aborted so it makes sense that they would be marching against abortion.
He also noted that the protesters, without exception, were totally classy. We didn’t find that a bit surprising.
