A simmering feud between Glenn Beck and Karl Rove reached boiling point this weekend as Beck took to Facebook to tear apart the GOP strategist.
Let’s backtrack a bit and start from the beginning. Late this week, Beck said that he was done with the Republican party. In response to that announcement, Bill O’Reilly asked Rove to appear on his show and provide some analysis. Rove’s analysis, in a nutshell, was: “Meh.”
Beck didn’t like that analysis. He took to Facebook today to let Rove know that he didn’t like it.
“You want to rumble Rove? Come on to my show and let’s have it out. Bring it on,” Beck wrote.
We look forward to that.
It didn’t get more pleasant from there. Beck criticized Rove and other members of the Republican establishment as follows:
You guys have the spine of a worm, the ethics of whores, and the integrity of pirates. (My apologies to worms, whores and pirates)
No, he wasn’t done.
It is sad that you can no longer hear the American People because they could save you. Instead you listen to your political consultants and the amazing thing is you still believe all of it.
Can you not smell what you are shoveling anymore?
The world has changed. The whole world is being redesigned. Not by government but by dreamers and doers…
You just continue to shine up the progressive agenda of people like Jeb, pressure, corrupt or threaten freshmen and smear the good people of this country who believe in the actual principles enshrined in the constitution.
Pass the popcorn. We’re going to enjoy this.
