Sometimes it’s hard to tell which is more pathetic at MSNBC, conspiracy-addled Rachel Maddow crying fake tears or her fellow hosts struggling to be relevant.
The ferret-faced lesbian has been one of the top purveyors of the batty conspiracy theories that have contributed to the mental collapse of the political left and she delivered big time for her mouth-breathing audience with the most shameless phony crying jag since the Toby the Dog scene in the 1979 comedy “Used Cars” or at least since pickled liver lush John Boehner was still the Speaker of the House.
In addition to rabid Rachel, MSDNC’s only other anti-Trump talking heads are the “Morning Joe” lovebirds who have to serve up a breakfast of hate and lies to the mob and whose personal relationship has surely suffered due to all of the anger that just has to spill over into their real lives.
Other than that they have antigay bigot Joy Reid, slobbering blowhard Chris Matthews, the androgynous Chris Hayes and the man who occupies the spot at the bottom of the totem pole, Lawrence O’Donnell.
For those who don’t recognize the name (and many don’t) he’s the guy who lost his shit in a tirade about the “hammering” in his earset that he didn’t realize was being recorded and subsequently went viral and revealed that he was a temperamental raving lunatic or a man who perfectly describes Maddow’s audience.
In a pretty sad acknowledgment of his own irrelevance, O’Donnell admitted that he wished that President Trump would attack him to boost his name recognition and ratings.
his comments were made during an interview with something called Cheddar which if you can pardon the pun, sounds pretty cheesy.
.@MSNBC host @Lawrence loves being criticized by Trump because it's "great for business," and suspects CNN is the president's preferred #FakeNews target over MSNBC because he would rather people watch CNN, which pays some people to defend the administration on air. #CheddarLIVE pic.twitter.com/tQLhWH6u4b

MSNBC host Lawrence O’Donnell said Monday that he would prefer that President Trump directed criticism at him instead of CNN, noting that negative attention from Trump is “very, very good for business.”
“It’s very, very good for business if the president attacks you,” O’Donnell told Cheddar, a live streaming channel that focuses on financial and political news.
“I would love the president to attack me right now,” O’Donnell, a former writer and producer of the NBC political drama, “The West Wing,” also said. “I actually think he attacks CNN as frequently as he does because MSNBC is much higher rated.”
The perspective comes as Trump continually refers to CNN as “fake news” in tweets while “CNN sucks” is chanted by supporters at his rallies.
As O’Donnell also notes, the president almost never goes after MSNBC, instead largely focusing on CNN, NBC News or The New York Times and The Washington Post newspapers.
“You’ll notice: He never says the letters M-S-N-B-C.
Sounds like a lot of whining to me but he’s right, Trump never wastes his time with MSNBC because only leftist fruitcakes watch it and unlike CNN, the nation’s airports don’t have a deal to propagandize travelers with MSDNC.
Alas, O’Donnell’s main claim to fame will continue to be this delightful rant:
