It’s been an altogether crappy year for Chelsea Manning who had her clock cleaned in the Maryland Democratic Senate primary and has at least temporarily been bumped down the totem pole as a hero of The Resistance.
The former Bradley Manning was really an afterthought to the left after he/she was convicted of espionage for passing on hundreds of thousands of pages of classified government documents that were published by Wikileaks in 2010 and was subsequently tried and sentenced to 35 years in a military prison.
The left only began to give a tin shit about a man who many (including President Trump) have labeled a traitor after it was announced that he had come out as a transgender and changed his name to Chelsea. In the hierarchy of the left, there are few things that are more celebrated than being gender-confused and only then did they take notice of a guy who would have been rotting in the hole had the outgoing President Barack Obama not commuted his/her sentence.
Manning has become an activist for far-left causes and a bit of a traveling ambassador for transgenderism but those travels won’t include the land down under.
Poor Chelsea has been barred from Australia due to not being able to meet the “character requirements” or in politically incorrect terms, they already have enough agitator freaks.
.@macsween_prue: Chelsea Manning is an 'enemy of the state and a traitor' and should not be given a visa to enter Australia.

Convicted leaker Chelsea Manning will be barred from entering Australia for a scheduled speaking tour set to start Sunday, her event organizer said Thursday.
The Australian government sent Manning’s team a notice of intention to deny the convicted leaker’s entry, said Think Inc. who is organizing the event. The organizers said they gave the government more than 10 letters of support from individuals and organizers who support Manning’s visit to Australia.
“Ms. Manning offers formidable ideas and an insightful perspective which we are hoping to bring to the forefront of Australian dialogue,” Think Inc. Director Suzi Jamil said in a statement.
All non-citizens visiting Australia must fall under the character requirements put out by the Migration Act. Anyone can be denied if they fail the character test.
Think Inc. is calling on her supporters to lobby new Immigration Minister David Coleman to allow her into the country, where she’s scheduled to speak at the Sydney Opera House and at two other events. While she can appeal, past precedent suggests the decision has already been made.
This isn’t the first time Manning was denied entry to a country. Last year, she was barred from entering Canada, but was later allowed to appear at another event, Reuters reported.
What’s next for Manning? At one time there was a budding political career but the Senate smackdown has to sting quite a bit and now this gender bender is damaged goods.
Still, Manning is still a young man/woman and with the Democrats becoming increasingly radicalized and moving farther to the left, there could still be a bright future for this tainted figure.
