The Russian bots are coming! The Russian bots are coming.
Now that the Democrats and their winged monkeys in the media have once again donned their tinfoil hats and are spreading paranoia that the dreaded Russians are lurking in every nook and cranny, it’s time to whip out the Russian bot card once again to demonize political dissent.
As they have so effectively done ever since Hillary Clinton choked like a dog in 2016, the media has been quick to exploit the new Cold War and to play to the emotions of the gullible by invoking the specter of those Russian bots that are (YAWN!) undermining our Democracy.
There is no other way to slice it that the Democrats are in big-time trouble as far as that mythical “blue wave” is concerned. They frittered away the better part of two years on ridiculous conspiracy theories, down and dirty race-baiting, playing the gender card and accusing ICE agents of being the moral equivalent of the Nazi guards at Auschwitz for enforcing immigration policy.
The Democrats are screwed and now that the hysteria over the Trump-Putin summit is at its peak, what better to do than to conjure the phantoms of an external enemy that is looming over the election in what is just more of the same sick manipulation.
The deterioration of the Dems as a legitimate political alternative has already seen an exodus of sane people and now that there is an actual movement to appeal to Americans to abandon ship, it must be put down with extreme prejudice.
WalkAway is the brainchild of a longtime liberal who came to the realization that there was nothing liberal about today’s hate mob that is only in name a political party. Brandon Straka who is a gay man from Nebraska became so fed up with the collective madness of the Democrats and started both a Facebook page as well as made a video that doesn’t mince words.
So it’s not simply Americans exercising their right to vote for who they choose, it’s the Russians and the omnipotent Marvel Comics-grade villain Putin again.
Hey trust us, we’re CNN!

According to the network that now has less credibility than North Korean propaganda, “Russian bots are using #WalkAway to try to wound Dems in midterms”:
Now, in this 2018-midterm election season, as some predict a blue wave of resistance to Trump, his policies and alarming authoritarianism, Republicans want to split up the Democratic political opposition and divide black and Latino voters. And Russia looks like it wants to help here, too. But this time it won’t work.
The most recent example of this strategy is the #WalkAway hashtag, which is presented as a grassroots effort by former Democrats who are critical of the party’s alleged intimidation, confrontation and lack of civility and want people to walk away from the party.
However, #WalkAway has also now been connected to Kremlin-linked Russian bots, and it is now the seventh most popular Russia-influenced hashtag as of this writing, according to the website Hamilton 68, which tracks Russian influence on Twitter as part of the Alliance for Securing Democracy, an initiative of the nonpartisan German Marshall Fund. The purpose of this now-astroturf campaign is to manipulate public opinion by creating the illusion that this is a popular movement. In reality, #WalkAway has become pure propaganda, a psychological operation.
Well, it sure sounds spooky, doesn’t it?
But what CNN isn’t telling you is that the real psychological operation that is being undertaken by the Alliance For Securing Democracy, a pro-NATO think tank overflowing with neocons and Never Trumpers.
A driving force behind this organization is neocon propagandist and sworn enemy of President Trump, Bill Kristol. Former Bush administration official Michael Chertoff is also a member as well as John McCain’s go-between David Kramer who worked with scummy British spook Christopher Steele on the dissemination of the discredited Fusion GPS dirty dossier.
The Alliance for Securing Democracy is a part of the pro-NATO German Marshall Fund which has a vested interest in a lucrative new cold war against Russia with the added bonus of stifling American political dissent along the way.
Let’s take a look at this shady group which is hardly a neutral player what is trying to “save” democracy.
Here are the big fish at the Alliance for Securing Democracy:
Bill Kristol: Neocon propagandist, co-founder of the Project for the New American Century (PNAC) and a man who worked desperately to field an anti-Trump spoiler candidate who would have swung the election to Hillary.
Michael Chertoff: Former Bush administration Director of Homeland Security.
Jake Sullivan: Former national security advisor to Vice President Joe Biden and director of Policy Planning at the U.S. Department of State, as well as deputy chief of staff to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. He was the senior policy advisor on Secretary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.
Michael Morrell: Former Obama administration official who was the acting director of the Central Intelligence Agency in 2011 and again from 2012 to 2013. Morrell also wrote an op-ed for the New York Times in 2016 endorsing Hillary Clinton for president.
David Kramer: Was senior director for The McCain Institute for International Leadership AND was the man hand-picked by Senator John McCain to take delivery of the Fusion GPS-Christopher Steele dossier.
Michael McFaul: Former Obama administration ambassador to Russia as well as a virulent critic of both the country and President Vladimir Putin. A warmonger’s warmonger.
Mike Rogers: Former Republican congressman and House Intelligence Committee chairman notable for his defense of NSA mass surveillance programs.
Just remember that CNN doesn’t air or publish anything that can be taken at face value.
