Things were already bad enough for the NFL as another season of discontent will kick off on Thursday with no end in sight for the divisive sideline protests but Monday was hell day for Commissioner Roger Goodell.
The commish has already seen his new rule mocked and flouted by the disciples of Colin Kaepernick as the kneeling commenced with the very first preseason games and the league’s 90 million “hush money” payment to kneelers ended up being money flushed down the toilet and on Labor Day, Kaepernick returned with a vengeance.
Thanks to shoe and athletic gear giant NIKE which made the ex-San Francisco 49er the center of its “Just Do It” campaign, fans can expect to be treated to commercials on every NFL broadcast featuring the militant anti-American cop-hater who may end up having the last laugh.

It was also on Monday that Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the former president of Iran and a man who expressed the sentiment of wanting to wipe Israel off the face of the map took to his own Twitter account to voice his support for Kaepernick.
Leader from the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism – who has called for the destruction of the U.S. and Israel – throws his support behind Colin Kaepernick.

Via The Daily Caller, “Colin Kaepernick’s Newest Fan: Mahmoud Ahmadinejad”:
Colin Kaepernick may not be playing in the NFL but he has one enormous fan in Iran.
Kaepernick has spent two years without an NFL team after being released by the 49ers in 2016. In a rather unexpected move, the former firebrand leader of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, tweeted his support for Kaepernick on Monday. Ahmadinejad said, “The NFL season will start this week, unfortunately once again Kaepernick is not on a NFL roster. Even though he is one of the best Quarterbacks in the league.”
Ahmadinejad has called for the elimination of Israel, denied the Holocaust and called the USA a “Great Satan” along with engaging in nuclear weapon brinksmanship.
And if that’s not enough, former CIA Director also hailed Kaepernick in his own tweet:
Colin Kaepernick drew our collective attention to the problem of continued racial injustice in America. He did so not to disrespect our flag but to give meaning to the words of the preamble of our Constitution—“in order to form a more perfect union.” Well done, Colin, well done. https://t.co/4ALyUxLjM5

These America-haters stick together don’t they?
It could be a nightmare season for the NFL as even more fans run for the exits.
