Poppy is dead and gone but the Bush crime family still hates President Donald J. Trump with a purple passion.
Most of the reason for their vendetta against Trump stems from the destruction of prissy John Ellis Bush aka Jeb! during the 2016 Republican primaries and debates when the bombastic billionaire outsider saved America from a third Bush presidency and busted a cap into the dynasty.
The latest Bush had nowhere near the swaggering homey persona of his brother Dubya and like a shark, Trump sensed weakness and moved in for the kill early on.
Having quickly emasculated “low energy” Jeb with a series of body punches that included comments about the former Florida governor’s wife, Trump finished the job in a tour de force performance in South Carolina that Jebbie never recovered from.
Now Bush is taking advantage of a claque of renegade Senate RINO’s led by Mitt Romney, Marco Rubio and Susan Collins who stabbed Trump in the back last week over his national emergency to reinsert himself back into the public eye by calling for a Republican primary challenge to Trump.
Jeb Bush said he thinks a fellow Republican should challenge President Donald Trump in 2020, according to a portion of an interview for the series “The Axe Files.”
The excerpt was tweeted by show host David Axelrod, a commentator and ex-adviser to former President Barack Obama. Axelrod’s interview with Bush, who went up against Trump in the 2016 Republican primary, is set to air on CNN at 7 p.m. on Saturday.
“I think someone should run just because Republicans ought to be given a choice,” Bush said. “It’s hard to beat a sitting president, but to have a conversation about what it is to be a conservative, I think it’s important.”
Axelrod wrote in a subsequent tweet that Bush, a former Florida governor, had been “incredibly candid on all fronts,” including on the state of the country and the Republican Party.
More sour grapes from an entitled scion who brought a squirt gun to a knife fight and promptly had it jammed right up his ass by a real man.
