Democrats and their Never Trumper allies have been in an uproar that they along with the media were unable to prevent President Trump from meeting Vladimir Putin in Helsinki on Monday.
Much to their collective dismay, Trump defied calls for him to cancel the summit after the suspiciously timed announcement of witch hunter Robert Mueller’s indictments of 12 Russians in the hacking of the DNC server back in 2016.
The indictments were another farce because absent the missing server that was never examined by the feds, they weren’t worth the paper that they were written on but just provided an excuse to force the president to back out which he didn’t.
Further inflaming the tensions of the haters, Trump then met alone with the Russian leader which triggered an avalanche of conspiracy theories including one by Senator Lindsey Graham that the Russkies may have secretly bugged the soccer ball that was given to the leader of the free world as a gift.
Finally, if it were me, I’d check the soccer ball for listening devices and never allow it in the White House.

The private meeting has seriously rattled the Dems and the Deep State schemers who seem to be terrified that Putin may have passed on information to the POTUS that might cause them all big problems and so the idea has been presented that Trump’s translator be hauled before a congressional tribunal and be forced to divulge what the two leaders talked about.
Rep. Adam Schiff, the ranking Democrat on the House Intel Committee, calls to subpoena President Trump's interpreter from the Helsinki summit: "Under these circumstances, I think it's negligent for us not to find out" https://t.co/fZ1hAojBA2 https://t.co/uAAKBVFskR

This disturbing foray into neo-Stalinism was at first isolated inside the Democratic party with their media stooges parroting it but now it has “bipartisan” cover with the first Republican senator joining in the calls to grill the interpreter.
And lo and behold, it’s the whiny Never Trumper Jeff Flake who will stopping short of demanding a subpoena, is calling for the notes to be handed over.
a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, says the White House needs to explain what, if any deal, was agreed to privately with Russian President Vladimir Putin during a summit in Finland.
“The White House has better get out in front of this because the Russians are talking about it, and they’re going to start characterizing it among their partisans,” Flake said. “They’re going to define it before we do. And the problem is there’s so little trust of our president now among our allies.”
Flake at this point does not support a push by Democrats to subpoena the American translator who was present for President Trump’s one-on-one meeting with Putin in Helsinki.
“Hopefully it doesn’t come to that. It shouldn’t,” he said.
But Flake, a frequent Trump critic, said he backs a demand by Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) that the White House turn over the interpreter’s contemporaneous notes of that meeting.
“I would hope that those notes – all interpreters take notes – would be turned over,” he said. “We need to know.
There is a reason why the pride of Snowflake, Arizona (seriously) isn’t running for reelection this fall and that is because he enjoys a favorability rating in his home state somewhere in between pedophilia and colorectal cancer thanks to his obsessive tendencies to undermine Trump.
He may not be running for the Senate come November but he has increasingly become the go-to guy for the media whenever they need a Republican to denounce Trump and Flake always obliges and his recent visits to both CNN and MSNBC are a dead giveaway that he’s auditioning for a cable television gig.
