In a perfect example of how politics makes strange bedfellows, Senator Lindsey Graham mused that if President Trump ends up getting the Nobel Peace Prize for his work in ending the Korean war that liberals would be so distraught that they will start killing themselves.
With his longtime partner John McCain out of the picture due to his battle with brain cancer, the Palmetto State princess has been freed to the extent where he is occasionally able to take the side of McCain’s hated nemesis and he seems to enjoy being able to come out (so to speak) and to take some jabs at #The Resistance.
The former GOP presidential candidate who couldn’t even manage to break 1 percent in the primaries seems to have warmed to Trump in recent months and while still not someone to be trusted, he just infuriated the media, Democrats and the rest of Trump’s sworn enemies by being the most high-profile member of Congress who was willing to go on record that if things continue in Korea that the POTUS should be considered for the honor.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said that liberals “would kill themselves” if President Trump won a Nobel Prize for his efforts to denuclearize North Korea.
“President Trump, if he can lead us to ending the Korean War after 70 years and getting North Korea to give up their nuclear program in a verifiable way, deserves the Nobel Peace Prize and then some,” Graham told Fox News’s Maria Bartiromo on Sunday.
“I want to be there. It may be the first time the Nobel Peace Prize was given and there was mass casualties because I think a lot of liberals would kill themselves if they did that,” he said.
“But the bottom line is, by any objective measure what President Trump has done is historic,” Graham added.
Graham has previously called for Trump to win a Nobel Peace Prize if he’s able to get North Korea to agree to denuclearize.
Graham also took Trump’s side when he acknowledged that he didn’t trust former FBI director James Comey who is out promoting his disgruntled former employee manifesto A Higher Loyalty.

Graham may be a snake but it seems that he can read the writing on the wall that Trump will be reelected.
