It was only a matter of time until the Democrats’ queen in waiting, Hillary Rodham-Clinton played the gender card against Republicans. Seeking to wriggle out of the media spotlight for her incredibly sneaky and stupid email trickery, Mrs. Clinton went on the offensive seeking to jump start the “war on women” narrative as she hones her chops for her official entry into the 2016 presidential race. While technology has changed – Hillary uses Twitter now – it’s the same old crapola that she was invoking back when she suffered the indignity of being upset by Barack Obama in the 2008 Dem primaries.
According to Reuters in the story “Hillary Clinton accuses Republicans of ‘trifecta against women’”:
Potential White House contender Hillary Clinton criticized the Republican-led U.S. Congress on Monday in a pair of tweets, calling Capitol Hill fights over a key Obama administration nominee and a human trafficking bill a “trifecta against women.”
Clinton, who has not announced her candidacy for president in 2016 but is nonetheless seen as the Democratic front-runner, has made it clear that if she does run, women’s issues will be a central part of her campaign message.
She has highlighted the fact that women frequently get paid less than men for similar work, an issue that already appears to resonate with voters.
On Monday, she knocked Republican senators for failing to quickly confirm Loretta Lynch, President Barack Obama’s choice for the next attorney general.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said on Sunday that he would hold up Lynch’s nomination until Democrats stop blocking an unrelated anti-human trafficking bill. The bill is popular, but it includes anti-abortion provisions that Democrats say they cannot support.
In two Twitter posts, Clinton criticized the delay in confirming Lynch, who would be the first African-American woman to serve as attorney general, and said Congress was “playing politics with trafficking victims” and “threatening women’s health & rights.”
Prospective GOP candidates would do well to dissect and analyze the stump speeches and barnstorming publicity gimmicks from eight years back because she is the proverbial one trick pony. Hillary is counting on the mojo that will get aging feminists to devote serious effort to her coronation as organizers. The same bunch that refused to concede that the bitch had lost out to Barry and banded together under the dead-ender mantra of PUMA or Party Unity My Ass will serve as the witch’s winged monkeys. Every argument will be cloaked in accusations of misogyny and every male critic will be a woman hater. She will lead her adoring minions as though she is the second coming of Susan B. Anthony or in far cruder terms that actually cost me several friends back in 2008 – the Joan of Arc of the dry pussy demographic.
One thing is certain though and that is that hell hath no fury like a woman scorned and an egomaniac like Hillary is going to be ready for total war if it means that she can be the first female president in history.
