Only in a country where millions of people are dumb enough to believe that they are living in a modern version of Nazi Germany could a story like this be true.
In a testament that the war on stupidity is unwinnable, a new poll shows that Barack Obama is viewed by an astounding 44 percent of respondents as the best president of their lifetimes.
The poll was conducted by Pew Research and shows the Emir of Obamastan beat Slick Willie Clinton by 11 percent, a triumph to the effectiveness of propaganda as well as the abysmal failure of the media and the nation’s public education system. There is also the cult of personality to take into account the lingering adoration for the charismatic Teflon-coated bullshit salesman whose eight-year reign of divisiveness, policy disasters, and pure political scumbaggery nearly destroyed the nation.
Ronald Reagan came in third at 32 percent and Jimmy Carter who just claimed that Jesus would be down with gay marriage finished with a miserable 4 percent. President Trump came in with 19 percent but he’s not even halfway through his first term.

Via The Hill:
More than 40 percent of Americans say that Barack Obama was the best or second-best president in their lifetime, according to a new poll from the Pew Research Center.
The poll asked people in an open-ended format which president has done the best job in their lifetimes, using respondents’ first and second choices for the survey’s findings.
Forty-four percent of Americans said Obama was either the best or the second-best president in their lifetime, with 33 percent saying the same for Bill Clinton. Thirty-two percent said Ronald Regan was the best or second-best president in their lifetime.
Meanwhile, 19 percent said the same for President Trump, who has been in office since 2017.
That Obama would be so popular is yet another sign that the movie “Idiocracy” wasn’t a satire but a prophecy.
