A sick tale of teen thuggery and depravity has bubbled up from Georgia as three have been charged in the gang rape of a mentally challenged girl during a birthday party.
The incident took place when 18-year-old Chris Shon Da Vell Carter and two of his young toadies lured the girl into a bedroom during the party for her friend had their way with her. The crime was bad enough but the fact that she was retarded makes it all the more disgusting.
The traumatized victim was initially reluctant to describe what happened to her by Carter and his fellow rapists but the police were able to coax the story out of her.

Via The Atlanta Journal-Constitution “Cops: Mentally handicapped girl gang-raped at Gwinnett birthday party”:
A teenage girl with special needs was raped by three teenage males at a birthday party last month in Duluth, police say.
Chris Shon Da Vell Carter, 18, has been charged in the alleged assault along with a 14-year-old and 15-year-old.
Carter is a student at Duluth High School, records show. The juvenile suspects are being charged as adults, but the Duluth Police Department is not disclosing their names, a spokesman said.
The girl was attending a friend’s birthday party at River Plantation apartments on March 3. After parents at the party left the apartment, three males forced the victim into a bedroom and forcibly raped her, a police report says.
After the assault, the victim’s clothes were stained with blood near her “genital area,” according to the report. The victim threw the blood-stained clothes away when she got home from the party, the report says.
The victim told one person at the party that “something happened to her,” but would not go into detail. The girl told police that she was afraid to tell anyone what had happened.
Shon Da Vell Carter is a serial offender who according to the AJC, was also involved in another sexual assault, “Gwinnett teen charged with sexually assaulting 2 girls within 10 days”:
The alleged assault of the teenager with special needs occurred on March 3. The alleged sexual assault at Duluth Town Green occurred on March 13, according to police.
The March 13 incident allegedly began when Carter and the victim walked from Duluth High School to the Town Green. They entered a restroom at the park and began kissing consensually, but Carter began to press the girl to “go further,” a police report says.
Carter forcibly removed the victim’s shirt and bra and tried to put his hands down her pants, a police report says. The victim said “No,” pushed Carter’s hands away and put her clothes back on. When the victim tried to exit the bathroom, Carter said she couldn’t leave and “aggressively” pulled her towards him and again forcibly removed her clothes, the report says.
The victim continued to protest, but Carter took her cell phone “so she could not leave,” the report says. Carter then attempted to force the victim to perform sex acts, according to the report.
Carter’s two younger accomplices will get the usual slap on the wrist due to their being underaged but he could very well be headed for hard time and a chance to experience rape from the opposite end.
