Last weekend in an epic display of SJW poor sportsmanship, tennis superstar Serena Williams melted down big time at the U.S. Open during an upset loss to a younger woman who took advantage of her shot at the title.
Williams was looking to make history when she was stunned by 20-year-old Japanese phenom Naomi Osaka, a loss during which she railed at the umpires and later blamed sexism. Her outburst disgraced the sport and set a very poor example for young fans who had idolized her.
In a way, it was karma that visited Flushing Meadows on Saturday after Williams had praised athletic shoe giant Nike’s controversial new ad featuring cop-hating former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick, an inarticulate schlub who has managed to become a media superstar despite his borderline anti-American views. Serena appeared in the “Just Do It’ piece of propaganda that debuted before last Thursday’s nationally televised season opener.
Playing the gender discrimination card (or the race card) has become the preferred tactic whenever a narcissistic celeb boob doesn’t have things go their way and that is exactly what Williams resorted to.
The media joined the pile on by siding with Serena and bullying the refs but there is already a sign of blowback as tennis umpires are reportedly considering a boycott of her future matches rather than be insulted and humiliated by an overbearing bully and her allies in the press.

Tennis umpires are reportedly considering boycotting matches involving Serena Williams after the athlete’s controversial loss in the women’s final of the U.S. Open on Saturday.
A report by The Times of London published on Tuesday cited an anonymous official saying that tennis umpires are considering refusing to officiate matches involving Williams.
The potential stance comes after the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) and United States Tennis Association (USTA) supported the athlete following her claims of sexism against chair umpire Carlos Ramos in the final.
Williams’s match with 20-year-old Naomi Osaka of Japan was clouded with controversy after Ramos issued a code violation to Williams during play, saying she had received coaching during the match — a point Williams strongly denied.
Williams later broke her racket and shouted at Ramos, which led to a penalty point and a game penalty.
Williams accused Ramos of sexism after the match and pointed out that male players have been more aggressive verbally with umpires than she was, but had been not been penalized the same way.
She also called Ramos a “thief” for taking a point from her.
Chalk up another win for the piss poor role models that have managed to drain all that was once decent and enjoyable out of sports.
