Longtime Clinton crime family capo and current Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe has put the National Guard on standby over a controversial gathering of groups that have been described by the media as white nationalists, neo-confederates, Nazis and of course the vague and all-encompassing “Alt-Right” which has come to define anyone who supports President Trump.

The “Unite the Right” rally will take place on Saturday in Charlottesville after being cleared on Friday by a federal judge who allowed the event to proceed.
The assembly of “far-right” groups may be despised by many – including the Democrat Governor of Virginia – but they do have a right to free speech whether the berserkers on the left like it or not.
Reports on a pre-rally march on Friday conjured up images of the Nazis as media promoted the comparison due to many marchers bearing torches and reportedly chanting “white lives matter” as they progressed through the University of Virginia campus.

It is so typical of these twisted times that “white lives matter” is racist while “black lives matter” is not, it is Orwellian to the extreme.
Today could get ugly as far left forces are reportedly planning on showing up to cause trouble, thus McAuliffe has the National Guard at his command.

Hundreds of alt-right activists are expected to gather on Saturday in Charlottesville, Virginia, to participate in the “United the Right Free Speech Rally”–a demonstration aimed to protest the removal of a statue of Confederate Gen. Robert E. Lee, affiliate WSET reported. Anticipating potential run-ins with authorities after a preview rally on Friday resulted in a few skirmishes, Gov. Terry McAuliffe has called on the National Guard to be on standby.
“I have directed [officials] to coordinate with federal and local authorities and take every precaution necessary to ensure the safety of their personnel, the Charlottesville community and rally attendees,” McAuliffe said in a statement. “Virginia State Police is leading the Commonwealth’s planning and response for these events and will be on the scene in support capacity before, during and after the planned rally. At my direction, personnel from the Virigina National Guard are also standing by to respond if needed.”
According to the event’s Facebook page, which has since been taken down, the rally hopes to unify the right-wing against a “totalitarian Communist crackdown, to speak out against displacement level immigration policies in the United States and Europe and to affirm the right of Southerners and white people to organize for their interests just like any other group is able to do, free of persecution.”
Late Friday, a federal judge cleared the way for the event to take place at Emancipation Park.
Following the late-night decision, John W. Whitehead, president of The Rutherford Institute, said, “While this is an important victory for the First Amendment right to free speech, the real battle for understanding and tolerance on both sides of the aisle is only just beginning. It is our hope that this weekend’s demonstrations will be nonviolent and characterized by a commitment across the board to truly engaging in a dialogue about race in America that helps us to move that much closer to Martin Luther King Jr.’s dream.”
The protesters have been severely denounced by the far-left Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) as well as the mayor of Charlottesville who spat at the demonstrators as a:
“cowardly parade of hatred, bigotry, racism, and intolerance march down the lawns of the architect of our Bill of Rights”
This nitwit once again shows the left’s selective interpretation of the Constitution to only protect their own twisted agenda while encouraging the state to destroy anyone who disagrees with them.
While I am certainly no advocate of much of what some of these groups represent, they do have a right to say it and to peaceably assemble unmolested by social justice scumbags and ANTIFA thugs let alone federal troops.
The media may be in full-Hitler mode over this but the only violence that is being perpetrated at any of the rallies that have broken out since President Trump’s election has come from those sympathetic to Democrats and the left.
Hopefully, there will be no violence but if things get out of hand there could be a heck of a body count.
