A gunstore owner in San Diego is facing extreme vetting from commie Californians for a cardboard cutout of a gun. The Marine veteran would stand outside his San Diego store carrying an oversized cutout of an AR-15, flipping it around to draw attention to his store.
But, this is California. And, the entire state is essentially one big safe space for snowflakes and crybabies. They are afraid of everything. And, someone called the cops on him. Brendon Von, who manages Firearms Unknown said:
It kind of frustrated me that someone would call and make a false statement like that knowing it is a cardboard sign that’s very flimsy.
The reporter then said, “They thought it was a gun, they thought it was real.” Seriously? Do these people really believe something that looks like a cartoon is real?
One delicate woman said, “It looks real.” Initially, officers asked him to stop or change the sign. But, as they investigated further, they realized how nonsensical the outrage really was. Von said he will continue to use his sign. He added:
All the amendments matter. You hear about a lot of stuff today. You know this matters, that matters. Well I matter and my rights matter. Every American matters.
The shaken woman said, “I think he’s doing too much. But then, they do have the freedom to do that.” Wow.
