If you do not know who Julian Assange is by now you’re missing a lot of very important things. Assange is the founder of WikiLeaks. WikiLeaks has made major news as of late by releasing hacked emails and voicemails by the Democratic National Committee, causing much turmoil and infighting within the Democratic Party. It forced the resignation of Deborah Wasserman Schultz.
Did Hillary Clinton bring up assassinating him? According to True Pundit, that is something that the then Madam Secretary of State considered.
“Can’t we just drone this guy?” Clinton openly inquired, offering a simple remedy to silence Assange and smother Wikileaks via a planned military drone strike, according to State Department sources. The statement drew laughter from the room which quickly died off when the Secretary kept talking in a terse manner, sources said. Clinton said Assange, after all, was a relatively soft target, “walking around” freely and thumbing his nose without any fear of reprisals from the United States.
The reason this story matters is because Assange had planned an ‘October Surprise,” from his balcony but he then postponed. Why? Because of security concerns? Assange fears for his life. These reports give you a good reason why he should be. It’s reportedly going to take place on a live stream instead.
