Planned Parenthood purports to be a “trusted health care provider” dedicated to providing “vital reproductive health care, sex education and information to millions of men, women and young people worldwide,” but oh such a a tangled web they weave, when first they practice to deceive.
Every week, more and more evidence continues to surface that these charlatans are anything but what they claim to be. If anything, the evidence makes it abundantly clear that Planned Parenthood in its contemporary form exists as nothing more than a radical arm of the Left – one hellbent on using every little boy and girl across this nation to achieve its sinister goal of profiting from the blatant murder of countless human beings.
My evidence? Glad you asked!
#1. Planned Parenthood promotes sexual promiscuity & perversion.
The pro-life, non-profit organization Live Action has on multiple occasions caught Planned Parenthood doling out inappropriate sexual advice to teenage girls:
- In June 2014, Live Action caught an Indianapolis Planned Parenthood counselor advising a 15-year-old minor to “engage in bondage, humiliation, whips, chains, role play and anal sex.”
- In mid July 2014, Live Action caught a Colorado Planned Parenthood counselor talking to a 15-year-old minor about how some men “like for women to urinate” or poop on them.
- In late July 2014, Live Action caught an Oregon Planned Parenthood counselor speaking to an underage minor about “different types of [male] fetishes,” like sucking toes and ejaculating into shoes.
In the early part of 2014, Planned Parenthood itself released a promotional video that highlights the perks of engaging in BDSM:
In 2012, Planned Parenthood hosted ‘Happy Masturbation Month‘ in a bid to encourage people of all ages (including prepubescent children) to engage in the act.
#2. Planned Parenthood regularly covers up rapes.
In December 2013, the mother of a 15-year-old rape victim reached out to an Arizona Planned Parenthood clinic, but the counselors at the facility chose not to report the rape due to the “hassle” involved. The rapist, Tyler Kost, went on to rape two more young women before he was finally apprehended in May, 2014.
In June 2013, Project Defending Life released a video that shows a New Mexico Planned Parenthood counselor telling a 14-year-old girl that she “probably would not need to report” the fact that the girl had been impregnated by a 21-year-old.
In 2012, a Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado gave a 13-year-old girl an unauthorized abortion and then sent her back home with her stepfather, who it turns out happened to be her abuser. This despite the fact that there were numerous signs indicating that the stepfather was the one who had impregnated her.
In 2007, Live Action found eight Planned Parenthood clinics across the nation that were willing to cover up rape. These same clinics also “provided instructions on how to circumvent parental consent laws.”
In mid 2007, a young woman sued an Ohio Planned Parenthood clinic for never informing the authorities that her father had raped and impregnated her.
Please review Life Dynamics’ recently released a report, “The Cover-Up of Child Sexual Abuse,” for more horrifying examples of Planned Parenthood blatantly covering up rape.
#3. Planned Parenthood demands that its clinics meet abortion quotas.
Former Planned Parenthood director Abby Johnson recently claimed that the Texas facility she used to work at was required to perform a minimum of 1,135 abortions every single year.
In the early part of 2014, a registered nurse who used to work at an Indiana Planned Parenthood facility accused the clinic of threatening to send counselors and nurses home early if they failed to meet the monthly abortion quota.
In 2012, a former Iowa Planned Parenthood manager penned a column in which she revealed that all Planned Parenthood clinics across the country adhere to strict abortion quotas.
In 2009, a former Texas Planned Parenthood director revealed that the clinic had been “pushing employees to strive for abortion quotas to boost profits.”
But here’s the real kicker. It was recently uncovered that a Colorado Planned Parenthood facility had been awarded with an abortion award certificate for “exceeding abortion visits [in the] first half of FY12 compared to the first half of FY13”:
#4. Planned Parenthood commits hefty doses of fraud.
A federal judge in Houston recently ruled that the Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast facility “must face claims that it defrauded Medicaid.” The lawsuit against the facility alleges that PPGC claimed blood “tests were performed by a doctor,” when they in fact were not.
In 2013, Planned Parenthood agreed to fork over $4.3 million after a judge ruled that the organization had “fraudulently billed Medicaid for women’s health services provided by some of its Texas clinics.”
In 2004, former California Planned Parenthood financial officer P. Victor Gonzalez was fired for complaining about illegal financial practices:
“. . . He discovered that government reimbursement for drugs should be ‘billed at cost’ under California law, and not at the ‘usual charge,’ which was Planned Parenthood’s policy. The difference between the two rates allegedly added up to $180 million in over-billing in six years between 1997 and 2003, he claims. Gonzalez claims he was terminated for bringing the overbilling to the attention of management.”
#5. Planned Parenthood condones sex-selection abortion.
A few weeks ago, Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California released a memo urging California legislators to “defeat all pro-life amendments to budget bills, including any that ban sex-selection abortions or require parental consent for minors to obtain an abortion.” The fact that the memo was written “on behalf of more than 110 Planned Parenthood” clinics in California kind of tells you everything you need to know about how the non-profit feels about sex-selection abortion.
Though I want to quickly point out that back in 2012, Live Action released a video that showed a New York Planned Parenthood counselor offer a woman “advice on how to determine the sex of the child early and how late she could get an abortion, should she decide to abort if the child is a girl.”
Perhaps Planned Parenthood really did once exist to better the lives of men, women and children across this nation. But a brief glimpse at the mountain of evidence against Planned Parenthood suggests that somewhere along the way, the non-profit mutated into a profit-churning machine that cares more about its bottom line than it does about you and me, let alone our children.
The irony remains that this profit stems not from the free market, but from our government, which according to National Review blessed Planned Parenthood with $540.6 million between 2012 and 2013 alone. That amounts to $1.5 million taxpayer funding per day.
Given this knowledge, and given the types of tactics Planned Parenthood employs to procure enough abortions, I hereby contend that this organization needs to have its federal funding permanently stripped. If an organization wants to profit from abortion, then so be it. But I will be damned if it will do so on the backs of taxpaying Americans like me!
