Meet Tommy Sotomayor, an outspoken black conservative — also known by liberals as an “Uncle Tom,” “coon” and “race traitor” — who recognizes that “black people are in love with the criminal element” and that this negative attitude needs to change:
I wholeheartedly agree with Sotomayor, though I daresay his critique needs to be extended to include progressive liberals, who, along with the misguided black grievance mongers they love, care more about defending black killers and race rioters than they do about actually uplifting the black community.
The ass-backwardness of progressive liberals runs so deep that they literally screamed “racism” when officials in Australia recently banned R&B thug singer Chris Brown from visiting their nation as per his history of violence against women.
That’s right, ladies and gentlemen, progressives care more about protecting the feelings of thug Chris Brown than they do about, you know, protecting women!
Furthermore, on last Saturday’s edition of the “Melissa Harris-Perry” program on MSNBC, a guest stooge argued that violent criminals deserve lighter sentences.
Meanwhile, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, this week the city of St. Louis suffered its 151st homicide for this year alone, not that anybody at MSNBC or in the White House cares.
American Thinker contributor Deana Chadwell described the gradual destruction of the black community best when she wrote, “This isn’t about cops”:
It isn’t even about slavery and white privilege -– though liberals would like it to be. It’s about policies that have decimated an entire culture, made it rot from the inside out, about policies birthed in the Democrat party, in the hearts of those who value power above all.
She added that the black population used to be “a strong, long-suffering, admirable people able to carry their dignity, and their poverty, with the same graceful walk.”
Going by the statistics pertaining to black crime, these days the black population looks more like this:
Rather than castigate these criminals, which is what sane people would do, the progressive left prefers laying the blame for their actions on the shoulders of the criminal justice system, which it argues functions in a racist manner.
Even worse, it advocates for using taxpayer funds to bless these degenerates with Pell Grants, among other things.
It runs parallel to how progressives believe we should deal with black poverty — by doling out welfare “for the accumulation of TVs and cars and microwaves and AC” but doing nothing to “give a person purpose or a sense of self-worth, a hope for the future.”
All this leads to my thesis, which is that black people love criminals because the Democrat Party taught them to place criminality and dependence over lawfulness and personal responsibility.
The next question is, “How do we fix this?”
Frankly, I do not have an answer to this question, though I imagine it would help if black people were to follow Stephen A. Smith’s advice and start voting for Republicans …
